Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos. Bread slices
  • 4 nos. Eggs
  • 1 no. medium size finely chopped Onion
  • 1 no. medium size finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 no. medium size finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garam masala
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil (you can use butter also)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (as per your taste)

Instructions
 

  • First of all, cut the edges of bread slices and keep them aside.
  • Now take a medium mixing bowl and break all the taken eggs in it, and mix it well.
    Further add salt, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, garam masala, and 1/2 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves in it and again mix all well and keep it aside.
  • Then, take 2 bowls put more than 1/2 chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum in the first bowl and remaining into the second one, and mix well.
    Keep aside the second bowl as it is, and take the first one and add mayonnaise, black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in it. Mix it well.
  • Now take two bread slices fill-up the veggie and mayonnaise mixture on the first slices from centre to edges and spread a little bit of mozzarella cheese on it.
  • Apply tomato ketchup on the second bread slice and put this slice on the first one and slowly press it.
  • Now heat 1 tablespoon oil on medium flame in a non-stick pan and pure the 1/2 of egg mixture on it and spread it well make a very thin omelette by spreading, put the gas on very low flame.
  • Add a little bit of chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum (from the second bowl that we kept aside) at the centre of the omelette, and add a little bit of mozzarella cheese. Then slowly place sandwich over omelette and little bit press it.
  • Now put some mozzarella cheese on the edges of the sandwich for easy and perfect wrapping of omelette over the sandwich.
  • Now slowly lift any one of the sides of the omelette and wrap it on a sandwich, due to mozzarella cheese it will easily stick to a sandwich. Follow the same procedure for all remaining sides.
  • Once the sandwich gets wrapped then flip it gently and allow it to cook for a minute.
  • Now remove it from the pan and cut it into a triangular shape.
  • Your yummy tasty egg sandwich is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or with pudina (mint) chutney, Green chilli chuttney.
    But believe it is a super yummy sandwich.
    It does not need anything, it tastes as it is super delicious.

Notes

1 -You can add any vegetables of your choice.
2 - If you like green chilli you can add chopped with veggies.
3 - Most important once the oil gets heated in a pan put the gas on low flame. Otherwise, Omelette gets burned and it spoils the taste of the sandwich.
