Roughly blend almonds in a blender, then transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
Then cut ½ apple and chop it in fine pieces then transfer it to a bowl, and store in a refrigerator until we complete all preparations.
Now it's time to whipping cream so transfer the whip cream into a big mixing bowl. then start whisking with help of a hand whisker or electric beater until it becomes fluffy and double its original size or making soft pikes. (Electric beater takes only 2-3 minutes but hand whisker need 5-8 minutes to get fluffy)
Once the whipping cream is done, remove the chopped apple pieces from the refrigerator and add them to whipped cream.
Then add roughly blended almonds, honey, vanilla extract and mix all together well and keep aside.
Further, take a medium-size heat-resistant mixing bowl, add 50 gms of dark chocolate in it then add 3 tablespoons of hot milk and mix well until the chocolate gets dissolved completely.
Now add 1 tablespoon condensed milk and mix it again.
Pour this chocolate mixture into a parfait (whipped cream mixture).
Combine it well and transfer it to a serving bowl and refrigerate it for at least one hour. Your chocolate mousse with Apple is ready.
After an hour remove it from the refrigerator and garnish it with sliced apples and serve.
