Add the milk to a cooking pot, boil on a medium flame for around 20-25 minutes, keep stirring occasionally till the quantity reduces to half. In another pan roast chopped cashew nuts Almonds & Pistachios for 1 minute on low flame.
Add roasted nuts, saffron, cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, condensed milk in boiling milk. keep continuing stirring while adding ingredients.
Further, add a grated apple to the pan and saute it on low flame and add 1 tablespoon sugar to it. Cook it till sugar melts and the apple turns golden brown, keep gentle stirring while cooking.
Now add apple and sugar mixture in boiling milk and stir it gently until the milk gets thicken.
Now your apple rabdi is ready to eat garnish it with date slices and apple slices. you can serve it hot and chilled also.
