Chilli cheese toast recipe
Cheese Chilli Toast is a very tasty dish for breakfast. This is an Italian recipe, you can make and eat it at breakfast or evening tea anytime. Many types of sandwiches and toasts are made from bread. And one of these things is Chilli Toast. People who eat spicy like it very much.
Today we are going to make this chilli cheese toast without an oven and using a pan (tava). And we are using here egg white which gives our recipe amazing additional taste. Egg white contains only about a quarter of its calories and has almost zero fat. This means egg whites offer health benefits over whole eggs for people on low-calorie, high-protein diets, and can help with weight loss.
This means it is a perfect ingredient for chilli cheese toast.

Ingredients for chilli cheese toast:
4 nos. – Bread slices
2-3 nos. – Green chillies (finely chopped)
100 grams – Mozzarella Cheese
50 grams- salted Butter
1 no. – Egg (use only egg white)
4 nos. – Garlic cloves (crush it while using or finely chop)
2 tablespoons – chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon – Chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon – Oregano (mixed herbs)
Method for preparing Chilli cheese toast with step by step photos:
1 – Take a medium-size mixing bowl and pour all ingredients – 1/2 of butter (25 grams) now add egg white, chopped garlic cloves, chopped green chillies, mozzarella cheese, chopped coriander leaves, and chilli flakes, oregano, and combine all these ingredients until it turns a little bit in dough form (it takes 2-3 minutes)
2 – Now heat the pan on low flame, spread butter on one side of the bread slice. Roast bread for 1 minute on both sides.
3 – Then spread the cheese mixture on top of it (on non-buttered side of bread slice)
4 – Further heat the pan and sprinkle little butter on it and place the toast on it. Now cover it with a lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes till it becomes golden colour and crispy.
5 – Now lift the toast from the pan and keep it on a plate, then cut it into two pieces.
6 – Serve hot chilli cheese toast with tomato ketchup, a sauce of your choice.

Notes:-
1 – You can add Veggies of your choice capsicum, onion, olives, sweet corn.
2 – As cheese and butter are already salty in taste so, we have not used salt in this recipe, but if you are using unsalted butter then you can use salt.
3 – If you are a Vegetarian then you can skip egg white.
4 – If you are a non-veg lover then definitely try egg white in this recipe. Trust it gives an amazing additional taste.
5 – Optionally if you are making these delicious Cheese chilli toast on Oven then Pre-heat the oven for about 180 degrees C for 5 minutes. Place all the bread in a baking tray and bake for about 5 minutes at 180°C.
6 – You can use white bread, brown bread, multigrain bread, whole-wheat bread, or Italian loaf also.
