This Maggi noodles recipe is the most loved instant noodles food. It is loved by people of all age groups, be it kids or adults. It is the perfect snack recipe to satisfy late-night hunger or when you are lazy to cook lunch or dinner.
Maggi, the quick 2-minute instant noodles, is an absolute favourite of every person. It is very hard to find a person for whom Maggi noodle isn’t comforted food. It is truly amazing how this brand of packaged food is available in even the remotest village and hilltop in many countries, being a saviour to many a weary traveller and trekker.
Although Maggi is not the healthiest option, eating it occasionally is totally okay. However, you can actually turn around the Maggi noodles dish and convert it into a healthy one for you and your family by adding few ingredients.

Ingredients for Maggi noodles:
100 gms – Maggi noodles (32 grams 3 packets)
3 packets – Maggi masala
1 tablespoon – chopped Onion
2 tablespoons – chopped Capsicum
2 tablespoons – chopped Cabbage
1 tablespoon – chopped French beans
1 tablespoon – Green peas
4-5 nos. – chopped Garlic cloves
2 tablespoon – chopped Carrot
½ inch – chopped Ginger
1 no. – chopped green Chilli
1 tablespoon – Cornflour
500 ml – Water (2 glass)
1 tablespoon – Cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon – Schezwan chutney
1 teaspoon – Vinegar
1 teaspoon – dark Soya sauce
2 teaspoons – Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon – red Chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon – Salt (as per your taste)
Method for preparing Maggi noodles with step by step photos:
1 – Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a kadhai or cooking pot and add chopped ginger-garlic, green chilli, chopped onion then saute a little.
2 – Then start adding veggies one by one like chopped capsicum, cabbage, french bean’s, green peas, carrot, then cook for a minute.
3 – After a minute add vinegar, dark Soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and schezwan chutney and mix well then add 2 glass of water.
4 – Now add Maggi masala and salt to taste and wait for a boil in a soup.
5 – Once the soup starts to boil, add 2 tablespoons of water in cornflour and mix well, then add this mixture to soup slowly by stirring.
6 – Add Maggi noodles in soup, separate the noodles slowly with a spoon or spatula, then cover the lid and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.
7 – After 3 minutes remove the lid and turn off the gas flame, and mix well noodles with soup.
8 – Now your Maggi noodles are ready. Stir well noodles with soup and serve hot.
Tips for Maggi noodles:
1 – You can add your favourite vegetables.
2 – You can increase or decrease the quantity of water for soup as per the thickness you like.
3 – Don’t overcook noodles in soup.
