Chocolate coated Biscuits

This is a Quick and unique Chocolate dipped cookies recipe is made by dipping Marie biscuits with filled jam inside it and which is dipped in chocolate sauce and covering them with enticing sprinkles of chocolate of your taste and so on. Dark, milk and white chocolate give the biscuit a rich and intense flavour, which is much more delightful than readymade chocolate sauces. This yummy treat is surprisingly easy to prepare and takes very little time! You can surprise your kids by sending it in their tiffin box or make a larger batch for parties too.

Ingredients for Chocolate dipped cookies:
30 nos. – Biscuits
3 tablespoons – Mix fruit jam
75 gms – Milk Chocolate
25 gms – Dark Chocolate
50 gms – White Chocolate
2 tablespoons – Coconut oil
2 drops – Vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon – coffee powder
1 no. – Butter paper
Sprinklers for decoration
Chocolate vermicelli
Edible coloured balls
Edible silver/ golden balls
Chocolate heart/ teddy face
Method for preparing Milk chocolate dipped cookies with step by step photos:
1 – First of all, make jam smooth and lumps free like paste by mixing with spoon.
2 – Now spread jam on the inner side of the biscuit, apply it smoothly.
3 – After that take another biscuit and put its inner side on the first biscuit jam side and press a little bit and keep aside.
4 – Do the same procedure for all biscuits.
Once you finish it.
5 – Take a bowl and mix milk chocolate and dark chocolate together and add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
6 – On the other hand heat 2 cups of water in the pot and put the bowl of chocolate over it and stir occasionally.
7 – After 30 second when chocolate started to melt then add 1/4 teaspoon of coffee powder and mix it well.
8 – For melting chocolate it takes only 1 minute. After 1 minute remove the bowl and add 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil again and mix it well and our chocolate sauce is ready.
9 – Dip jam biscuit cookie in the chocolate sauce and with the help of 2 forks cover the entire jam biscuit cookie with chocolate and place it on butter paper.
10 – Repeat this step to make 12 chocolate-dipped cookie’s.
Decorate the chocolate-coated jam biscuit cookie’s, by sprinkling chocolate vermicelli, edible coloured balls, edible coloured heart, teddy face, edible silver, golden balls or use your own innovation to decorate them.
11 – For White chocolate dipped cookies repeat all the steps of the above milk chocolate except step no 7. In white chocolate cookies use vanilla essence instead of coffee powder.
12 – Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Serve or store in an air-tight container.

Notes:
1 – You can use any type of biscuits you want.
2 – You can apply more or less jam to the biscuit as per your taste.
3 – Refrigerate cookies for at least 10 minutes for the best result.
4 – Cookies can be stored for more than one week.
