Banana Benefits:
Banana is highly nutritious, packed with essential vitamins and minerals like Fiber, Potassium, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Magnesium that provide many health benefits. It is rich in fiber and low in fat, which makes it an excellent post-workout snack to curb ravenous hunger and replenish energy. It helps prevent feelings of hunger and subsequent overeating, without adding lots of unnecessary calories to your diet.
Some people think that bananas should not be eaten in the evening or at night but eating bananas in the evening or at night is good for health. If you have diarrhea, eating bananas is very beneficial. Bananas and milk make up for the lack of protein in our body. Banana peel is also a sweet dish. If you want to make it more healthy then use low-fat milk instead of full cream milk and jaggery instead of sugar.
Banana shakes are a popular drink made by blending bananas with other ingredients. But today we made it without using a blender to increase its preservation time.
