Mango Smoothie
Mango is favorite fruit of everybody in the house. Mangoes are a great part of a daily diet because they’re full of fiber, sodium, cholesterol-free, and contain more than 20 different vitamins and minerals. Good for you and great to eat is always a win. If you want to prepare a mango smoothie in another season, don’t worry. You can also use frozen mangoes or mango pulp.

Mango smoothie Ingredients:
1 ripe – Alphanso mango or any sweet mango that is not fibrous. – (remove the skin, seed and cut into pieces)
250 gms – Mango ice cream (we have shared mango ice cream in the last post)
200 ml – Milk
100 gms – fresh Cream
2 tablespoons – Sugar
1 tablespoon – Rooh afza syrup/rose syrup
1 tablespoon – Soaked sweet basil (sabja) seeds
5-6 nos. – Ice cubes
½ teaspoon – Cardamom powder
2 tablespoons – tutti fruiti
1 teaspoon – chopped Pistachios
1 teaspoon – chopped Almonds
Method for preparing Mango Smoothie with step by step photos:
1 – First wash the mango then cut into pieces by removing its skin and put it in a mixer jar.
2 – In a big-size jar of mixture add mango pieces, fresh cream, milk, sugar, ice cubes, and cardamom powder and blend it for 1-2 minutes then the mixture will turn to a smooth paste. (You can drink it as a mango milkshake)
3 – Now transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside.
4 – Further, take two severing glasses. Mix Rooh afza and sweet basil (sabja) seeds together, and pour 1 tablespoon of this mixture at the bottom of each serving glasses and add 1 scoop mango ice cream over it and add some tutti fruti, chopped pistachios, and chopped almonds over the mango ice cream.
5 – Now pour mango smooth paste and leave glasses 1-2 inches empty from the top.
6 – Now again add 1 scoop mango ice cream at the top of each glasses and finally garnish it with tutti fruti, chopped pistachios, and chopped almonds.
Our delicious mango smoothie is ready to serve, drink it and enjoy it.
Tips for Mango Smoothie:
1 – If you’re using frozen mango and a frozen banana, you may need to use the tamper on your high-powered blender to ensure everything gets blended smoothly.
2 – You can use chia seeds if sabja seeds not available.
3 – You can add 1 banana and a small quantity of shredded coconut to the mango smoothie to avoid breaking the smoothie at room temperature.
4 – If you are using frozen mango then don’t add much ice.
5 – You can use greek yogurt instead of fresh cream.
