Strawberry mousse recipe
Strawberry Mousse is a yummy and easy-to-make strawberry dessert. The word mousse itself means foam in French, and its foamy texture comes from the air bubbles held in suspension throughout it. Sweet mousses dessert usually made with whipped egg whites or whipped cream, and they come in numerous flavours such as chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry. A delicious dessert to serve on any occasion.
Usually, it is made with only 3 ingredients, in today’s recipe of strawberry mousse, we give it an additional crunchy taste, and trust me it increases the yumminess of a special recipe.

Ingredients for Strawberry Mousse:
10-12 – (medium size) chopped Strawberries
½ cup (150gm) – powdered Sugar (as per your taste)
250 ml – Fresh cream (cold)
8-10 nos. – Biscuits crumbs (any glucose biscuit)
2 tablespoons – Ghee (clarified butter)
2 tablespoons – grated dark Chocolate
8-10 nos. – topping sugar Hearts (your choice)

Method for preparing Strawberry mousse with step by step photos:
1 -How to prepare biscuit crumbs?
Take 8-10 glucose biscuits put them into a zip lock bag and crush them with the help of a rolling pin.
If a zip lock bag not available then you can crush it on a rolling board too. But don’t make its powder.
2 – Once biscuit crumbs are ready transfer them to a mixing bowl and add heated clarified butter (ghee), Mix it gently.
3 – Now take glasses (4 medium glasses) pour this biscuit crumb mixture at the bottom of glasses and press with another glass and refrigerate it for 5 minutes to settle down.
4 – Further, in a blender or food processor add chopped strawberry and powdered sugar. Prepare its puree (Paste), remove about half a cup of puree, and set aside. Whip the cream till it becomes very thick.
5 – Pour fresh cream in a mixing pot and blend it till it becomes fluffy.
6 – Pour strawberry puree into the whipped cream and blend until combined properly.
7 – Remove the glasses After 5 minutes from the refrigerator and pour Mousse over the settled biscuit crumbs and Place a couple of tablespoons of strawberry puree on the top of each glass and mix it a little with strawberry mousse with the help of a spoon.
8 – Then refrigerate for approximately one hour or even longer if desired.
9 – After an hour remove the glasses from the refrigerator and garnish them with grated dark chocolate and topping heart shape sugar candies.
Serve with fresh sliced strawberries.

Notes:
1- Garnish the mousse with a topping of your choice like nuts, raisins, and berries to make it more delicious.
2 – You can use whipped cream instead of fresh cream.
3 – You can add some maple syrup to make it enticing.
4 – Don’t refrigerate mousse for more than three hours otherwise it will become frosty.
